What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your CorePower Shop purchase. We gladly accept returns for all unused items with the tags still attached within 30 days of your purchase. Please note you can only return items that you purchased on the CorePower Shop website. Items purchased from a CorePower Yoga studio may only be returned at a studio location.
Please use the return label mailed to you in your original shipment. If you’ve misplaced the return label, please email us with your Order Number in the subject line. Include a brief description of why you’re returning the item and we'll email a new return label to you.
We'll credit your original form of payment for the original purchase amount minus any additional shipping charges once we confirm your order is eligible for return.
What safety measures are you taking on product shipments?
Our fulfillment facility is following strict safety measures in adherence to state and local guidelines to ensure the safety of employees and the products we are shipping.
Where does CorePower ship?
We ship anywhere in the United States, including US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.
What are the shipping rates?
Please allow additional shipping time due to higher-than-expected volume.

* Delivery estimates begin the next business day after your order has been received. The estimated delivery times may differ based on your specific shipping address, the items purchased and order volume.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that will allow you to track your delivery.
We currently utilize UPS for all shipments, excluding shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and military bases / addresses, which ship via USPS.
What if I have a lost or stolen package?
CorePower Yoga is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. When inputting a shipping address, please enter one that is both safe and accurate to ensure your package arrives.
Unless requested by the shipping carrier, we do not require a signature for delivery. If the carrier believes it is safe, the package may be left in locations such as patio, garage and any exterior doors. Please reach out to the carrier for information regarding the delivery. When contacting them, please provide the tracking number sent in your shipping confirmation email so that they may better assist you.
Do I need a receipt to return my purchase?
No, you just need your order number. You will find it on the order confirmation email you received after purchasing from us.
If you can’t find your order number, please contact us.
Will you accept returns for items purchased at other retailers?
No. We cannot accept returns for items purchased anywhere other than our website.
We carry merchandise from several different vendors and sizes can vary. If you’re not sure of your size, remember you have 30 days to make returns if the size isn’t right!
I already have a CorePower account – do I have to create a new one?
Yes, CorePower Shop is a separate platform from our studios, so you will need to create a new account to order from the Shop.
Do I need to create an account to order from the site?
Creating an account will save you time on future purchases by securely storing your order info, but you do not need to create an account to make a purchase.
Can I use a CorePower gift card in the shop?
Unfortunately not. The CorePower Shop works off of a different platform than our studios, so CorePower Yoga gift cards are not eligible for use on the Shop at this time.
Can I use the money on my CorePower account in the shop?
No, not at this time. The CorePower Shop works off of a different platform than our studios
Is my information secure on this website?
We use industry standard data encryption technology when transferring and receiving your personal information through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Pages requesting personal information should always have one of these icons. You can also confirm your data is being encrypted by looking at the URL line of your browser (the place where you type Website addresses), to find a key or locked padlock icon. When accessing a secure server, the site address will change from "http" to "https".
While we use security measures to protect your information, please note that no data transmitted over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Will you be adding more sizes or product to the Shop?
We are always working to add more sizes and inventory to the Shop – keep an eye out!
How do I buy a gift for someone?
At this time, you are not able to select a gift option for shipments.
Where can I find my order status?
Check your order confirmation that was sent to you as soon as you placed your order. If you’re not able to locate it, contact us
I need to change or cancel my order, what do I do?
Contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to update your order. Depending on your order status, we may not be able to impact the order before shipment.
