Where does CorePower ship?
We ship to all 50 states, as well as Washington, D.C., US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
At this time, we are not shipping outside of the United States.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that will allow you to track your delivery.
The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package?
Unless requested by the shipping carrier, we do not require a signature for delivery. If the carrier believes it is safe, the package may be left in locations such as patio, garage and any exterior doors. Please reach out to the carrier for information regarding the delivery. When contacting them, please provide the tracking number sent in your shipping confirmation email so that they may better assist you.
CorePower Yoga is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. When inputting a shipping address, please enter one that is both safe and accurate to ensure your package arrives.
What is the return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your CorePower Yoga website purchase. In that spirit, we gladly accept returns for all unused items with the tags still attached within 30 days of your purchase. Please note you can only return items that you purchased on the CorePower Yoga website.
To return a product purchased on CorePower Yoga’s website, please use the return label mailed to you in your original shipment and send it back within 30 days of purchase. If you’ve misplaced the return label, please follow the below steps:
- Email us at cpye-commerce@astral-lcb.com
- Include the order number (found on your order confirmation email) in the subject line
- Include a brief description of why you're returning the product
- We will email a return label to you
We will credit your account for the original purchase amount (minus any additional shipping charges) once we confirm your order is eligible for return.
Do I need a receipt to return my purchase?
No—you just need your order number. You will find it on the order confirmation email you received after purchasing from us.

Is there a time limit on accepting returns?
Yes, returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase.
Will you accept returns for items purchased at other retailers?
No. We cannot accept returns for items purchased anywhere other than our website.
