This program blends in-person sessions and self-paced online lessons to teach you the skills needed to coach students through a 45-minute CorePower Strength X class. You will learn about functional and dynamic movement, anatomy, sequencing, performance-based coaching and how to lead all 4 CSX muscle focus classes: Lower Body, Upper Body, Glutes + Core, and Full Body.
This course is NASM and AFAA approved for 1.9 CEU credits
